Clear Channel’s Statewide KENO Party – Official Rules
THE “KENO PARTY ” CONTEST STARTS AT 6:00:00 a.m. (EST) ON 10/07/08 AND ENDS AT 11:59:59 p.m. (EST) ON 11/8/08.
The sponsors of this contest are the Ohio Lottery and Clear Channel Communications (herein “Sponsors”), 6200 Oaktree Boulevard, Suite 400, Cleveland, OH 44131. The contest shall be subject to these Official Rules, and by entering, all participants agree to be bound by terms and conditions herein. Certain restrictions may apply.
ELIGIBILITY: Contest open only to OHIO residents age 18 or older as of date of entry. Employers and directors and their immediate families of Sponsors, all prize providers and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent and related companies agencies, (collectively, the “Promotion Parties”) and those living in the same household of same are not eligible. All state and local rules and regulations apply. By entering this contest, entrants agree to abide by all terms of these Official Rules.
HOW TO ENTER: Beginning at 6:00:00 a.m. (EST) on 10/7/08, you may enter to win at www.clearchannelkeno.com. The online Entry form will require the participant to enter his/her name, complete address, telephone number(s), date of birth, the date of entry into the contest and enter the draw number and date from a non-winning Ohio Lottery KENO ticket purchased during the promotional period (optional). This entry form MUST BE EMAILED, via the Enter to Win! button on the web site, by 11:59:59 p.m. on 11/8/08. Additional paper entry forms will be available at participating Clear Channel Radio stations. Only one entry per email address will be eligible for the drawing. An entrant is only eligible to win one- (1) grand prize. All entries will be electronically dated and time stamped. Winners will be chosen by electronic random number generator.
The Promotion Parties, Internet server(s) and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations and advertising and promotional agencies, and all of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents (collectively, “Releasees”) are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate information; human error; technical malfunctions; failures; omissions; interruption; deletion; or defect of any telephone network computer online systems, computer equipment, servers, providers, or software, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in this contest; inability to access any web site, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are incomplete or lost due to computer or other errors. Entering entry information at website is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. All entries become property of the Sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned. False and/or deceptive entries or acts shall render entrants ineligible. By registering to enter contest, entrant affirms that they have read and accepted these Official Contest Rules.

WINNER SELECTION: Three (3) Winners will be selected in a random drawing from eligible entries. Paper entries received at participating Clear Channel radio station locations will be merged with the on-line database of entries after the promotional period ends by NorthEast Ohio Fulfillment, an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The drawing will take place during the week of 11/14/08 and will be observed by a representative of one of the sponsors. Prizes are guaranteed to be awarded. Winners will be notified by phone and/or e-mail by end of the week, 11/14/08. Winners will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and (except where prohibited) a Publicity Release. Any prize notification that is declined and returned to the Sponsors, will be awarded to an alternate. No substitution of the cash prize will be permitted. Prizes are not transferable or assignable. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use winner’s name, likeness and statements for publicity without additional compensation or limitation.
PRIZES: Three – (3) cash prizes of a $5,000. Prizes will be paid via check and W-2s will be issued to each winner at the end of the year by Clear Channel Communications. Winner will be solely responsible for all taxes associated with the prize.
GENERAL: Winner acknowledges that the individuals and entries have neither made nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, related to the prize.
LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY: Releasees shall not be liable to winner or any other person for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any actions(s), regulation(s) , order(s), or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the actions(s), regulation(s), order(s), or request(s) prove to be invalid, equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage or any other case beyond Releasees’ sole control.
